CCS provides superior environmental protection through a combination of proven landfill design and ongoing management practice and expertise. One of the most critical aspects of our landfill operations is strict adherence to defined acceptance procedures.

To begin the process, waste generators must complete a Waste Characterization Data Sheet and submit it with the necessary Analytical Requirements to the appropriate CCS landfill. At this point, CCS will initiate its review procedures to determine if the material will be accepted. If approved, CCS will issue a waste approval number to the generator and coordinated the physical delivery of the product.

During delivery at the landfill, a CCS representative will take random samples of the material during the delivery period. A second analytical screening process will take place and compared to the original Waste Characterization Data Sheet to ensure compliance with CCS acceptance criteria.
