CCS adheres to regulated acceptance criteria for all incoming waste streams. It is these acceptance standards, processes and methods that reduce the risk of liability associated with the waste. Once the customer's waste is accepted, CCS has the necessary insurance, financial and management resources required to cover the full cost of any remediation efforts in the unlikely event of contamination. This means that the producer's risk of liability is substantially minimized, as CCS is in a position to assume all environmental liabilities associated with the customer's waste.
